Rolled glass production line, established in 1988, introduced new rolling production technology from Taiwan and adopted the Japanese all-steel & all-electric annealing technology with daily melting amount of over 300 tons and two-meter effective width of slab. It can produce 2mm-10mm thick rolled glass of various specifications and over 40 patterns such as Pear, Rain down, Tangram, Mistlite, Diamond and solar energy glass board with annual output of four million weight cases.
Float glass production line with total investment of RMB 80 million was started to prepare in 2005 and began to construct in 2007. Now the international advanced float glass production line of 2*700t/d high quality, low radiation and extra-thick on-line coating can annually produce 8 million weight cases of 3mm-20mm glass with various thickness and specifications. It has four obvious characteristics: I. It is a large float glass production line in North China and even in the whole country with daily smelting amount of 700 tons; II. The technological content and hardware facilities have reached the advanced levels in the world. Unit heat consumption of liquid glass is 6,270 KJ/Kg, which is 230 KJ/Kg less than the national heat consumption standard (6,500 KJ/Kg) and has reached domestic and foreign advanced level; III. It uses energy-saving and environment-friendly pure natural gas and belongs to “High-tech Project with Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection” in China; IV. Over 90% of the glass is used as glass chips in deep processing enterprises and high-grade decorative materials (special building materials, wind screen, tempering, high-grade thick decorative materials and art glass decoration, etc.)
It has self-managed import & export right and foreign economic and technical cooperation right.
